What to expect on the day 2012
Location
The show is held at our facilities at Newlands near Chichester. This is conveniently located just off the A27 on the South Coast of Sussex.
Parking
There will be designated ON SITE parking for all exhibitors.
Dates and Times
The show will be held on Wednesday 7th of November 2012, doors open at 9.30am. Exhibitors can access the site from 1pm Tuesday 6th of November. Earlier access is available upon request.
Show Floor Plan
Due to the increase in demand and success of the 2011 show we have had to increase the floor plan area. A new 2012 floor plan can be found enclosed with this pack to assist you when booking your stand. Nursery Tours These have proved very successful last year and will be continued for 2012. Scheduled tours around our facilities and other nurseries in the area will be confirmed soon.
Refreshments
The Palm House Restaurant will once again be onsite to cater for all your needs and will be offering a range of hot meals, soft drinks and a place to rest your feet! Additionally our friendly team will be visiting you throughout the day offering tea, coffee and biscuits. A Bacon butty breakfast will be available from 8am. Exhibitor lunches will be provided and delivered to your stand in a timely manner!
Seminar / Workshop

The night before
For those of you that will be setting up the night before, may we invite you to join us in a social get together? The details of this are yet to be confirmed but depending on numbers we anticipate a couple of beers or wine with light refreshments and a chance for some of us to meet ahead of the show.
Sponsorship
We are looking for sponsors for the 2012 show and have information packs available for anyone that is interested in becoming involved with the show. The packages have been put together with the aim of promoting not just the show but also the partnership and the companies that participate.
Best Stand Award
There will be a trophy and a bottle of bubbly for the best stand in the show with the added benefit of your picture in the Horticulture Week!
